For airport pickups we dispatch our vehicles to arrive approx 30 mins after your plane lands (we check landing time using the airports arrival times system). This gives you time to get through passport control and collect your luggage etc.

Deposits are required from cities other than Leicester as well as for airport pickups.
Deposits will be refunded if the job is cancelled by the customer before a driver has been dispatched to the pickup. If the driver has already been dispatched deposits will not be refunded.

In the event of a mistake being made with the booking through erroneous data given by the customer the deposit will not be refunded. In this case if the customer wishes to rebook the journey the full price will need to be paid in advance.

Gill Chauffeur Service may refuse any client who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or displays abusive/threatening behaviour towards the driver or the general public. If a client is refused passage no refund or compensation will be given.

The client is responsible, and will be charged, for any damage or soiling caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle. If the damage affects the company’s ability to fulfil further engagements, charges equal to the loss of business will be incurred.

Gill Chauffeur Service is fully insured for passenger and third party liability. We are unable to accept responsibility for passenger’s personal property and will not be liable for any loss or damage to any such property.

Only food and beverages provided by Gill Chauffeur Service may be consumed in the company vehicles.

Our drivers are trained to drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with national speed restrictions and road or traffic conditions.

In the event the client fails to arrive at the designated pick up point all monies will be non-refundable and an additional waiting charge at a rate of £30.00 per hour may be imposed.

Gill Chauffeur Service drivers will be punctual and arrive on time, however, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused by circumstances out of our control.
If by chance there is a mistake in bookings from our side. We will provide a maximum amount of £50. This will be compensated via a voucher which you will be able to use with the next transfer service with Gill Chauffeur Service.
